All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Booking and Payment Options

4. Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop-Off

7. Restricted Uses

Sub-letting to others or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. The vehicle must be used for its intended purposes only, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.

8. Liability Restrictions

To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Denton disclaims responsibility for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our overall liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the last 12 months.
